What if I want to change the type of account I have?

In order to change the type of account you have, make changes to your existing account, or open any type of account we offer, please contact your account officer or visit us at any one of our offices.

Where can I find interest rates for Deposit products?

Biscayne Bank offers an array of personal and business deposit products. We offer different accounts for both domestic and foreign national residents to fit your individual needs. Along with the different benefits offered by each product, several of our products are interest-bearing. Where can I get more information on remote deposits?

Biscayne Bank offers our business customers the option to use remote deposit services. This service allows customers to process deposits from their place of business. A scanner is provided by the bank and the digital images are uploaded to the bank's secure website. An email confirmation of the deposit received is sent within a few minutes. How do I sign on to online banking?

Biscayne Bank offers fast and convenient online banking services. We make it easy for you to check your accounts, transfer funds and pay your bills whenever you like. If you have an existing online banking account with us, please sign in using the online banking sign-in box located on the left hand side and follow the NetTeller instructions. To get started and sign up for our online banking services, please contact an account officer at any of our offices.

How can I change my Online Banking ID?

In order to create a more user friendly login process, you have the option to change your NetTeller ID to a more memorable Personal ID. Simply follow the instructions below.

Creating a Personal ID for Online Banking:
        1. Sign in using current Online Banking credentials
        2. Click on the "Personal" submenu option under the "Options" tab.
        3. Scroll down to "Online Banking ID" and enter a new Personal ID the meets the specifications         noted on the right hand side.

What is the minimum balance required for deposit accounts?

What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

To report a lost or stolen debit card for Domestic customers, please call:

How do I sign-up for Online Banking?

Biscayne Bank offers fast and convenient personal and business online banking services. We make it easy for you to check your accounts, transfer funds, and pay your bills whenever you like. Save time and enjoy 24/7 access to your important financial information. To apply for our online services as a domestic customer or business entity follow the steps below. 

       1. Before you begin make sure you have your Social Security number (SSN), account number         and email address on file with us.
       2. Click the "enroll" button found on the left hand side under the Online Banking ID login box.
       3.Follow the instructions as they appear on the screen.

How do I set up Mobile Text Banking?

In order to set up Mobile Text Banking you must first be enrolled for Online Banking at Biscayne Bank. If you are already enrolled you may go ahead, login and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking through your desktop computer.
  2. Select Options> Mobile Settings > Text Mobile banking.
  3. Follow the prompts on the screen. Enter your mobile phone number, select your mobile provider, and select the accounts you wish to access via text banking.
  4. Create recognizable nick names for the accounts you have selected.
  5. Select “Submit”.
  6. Review the enrollment information and check “I accept these full terms and conditions”. Select “Confirm”.
  7. Follow the instructions that will appear on the confirmation screen.
  8. If you have set up Mobile Text Banking correctly you will receive a text message to your mobile device. Reply: “Yes”

Once you’ve completed these steps you will be set up for Mobile Text Banking.

This product is unavailable for customers with international phone numbers.

What are valid commands for Mobile Text Banking?

The following are valid commands for SMS Mobile text Banking and what they will return:

How do I download and set up my Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App?

To download our Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App for your Android, Tablet, iPhone, or iPad please visit your Google Play store or App store located within your device, respectively.

Once you have downloaded the Application and opened it on your mobile device, make sure you have your Online Banking ID and Pin and follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your Mobile Banking ID and Pin (this will be the same as your Online Banking ID and Pin)
  2. *Optional* if you would like to receive Text Message alerts turn the “Text Message Alerts” option to “On”.
  3. Enter your Cell Phone number. (US phone numbers only)
  4. Select your Wireless Provider.
  5. Once you have completed the fields above, click “Enroll”.
  6. Review the Terms and Conditions, place a check mark on “I agree” and select “Continue”.

Once you have completed the steps above, you should be successfully set up for Mobile Banking. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I set up Mobile Remote Deposit?

If you have already set up your Biscayne Bank Mobile App on your device, please follow the steps below to apply for Mobile Remote Deposit:

  1. Open your Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App, enter your Mobile Banking ID and Pin, and select “Login”.
  2. Click on the “Menu” in the top left corner of the main dashboard. (The three horizontal lines located in the top left corner)
  3. Select “Deposits” from the main menu section.
  4. You will now be prompted to register for the service.
  5. Enter you First Name, Last Name, and email address.
  6. Select “Continue”.
  7. Select the accounts you would like to deposit to.
  8. Select “Continue”.
  9. Review the Terms and Conditions, select “I agree” and then select “Continue”.

Your registration will then have been successfully submitted. You will receive an email from Biscayne Bank within 1 business day informing you of the Bank’s decision.

How do I deposit a check using Mobile Remote Deposit?

If you have already set up your Biscayne Bank Mobile App on your device, and have received a confirmation email that you have been approved, please follow the steps below to make a deposit:

  1. Open your Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App, Enter your Mobile Banking ID and Pin, and click on “Login”.
  2. Click on the “Menu” in the top left corner of the main dashboard. (The three horizontal lines located in the top left corner)
  3. Select “Deposits” from the main menu section.
  4. Select “Deposit a check”.
  5. Select “Check Front”. This will enable the camera on your phone (at this time your device may prompt you to allow the app access to your camera function. You must accept in order for this function to work)
  6. Center the check and align it with the four corners that appear on the screen.
  7. Select the camera icon to take the picture.
  8. You will then be prompted to “Use” or “Retake”.
  9. Once you have successfully taken a picture of the front, repeat steps 6-8 for “Check Back”.
  10. Under the “Check Amount” field enter the amount of the check being deposited.
  11. Under the “Deposit to Account” field select the account you would like the deposit to be credited to.
  12. Once you have completed the above steps, select “Deposit” at the bottom of your screen.
  13. Review the deposit information.
  14. Select “Done”.

Are there any limits for Mobile Remote Deposit?

Yes, there are both daily and monthly deposit limits for the Mobile Remote Deposit feature. Approved customers are allowed 5 daily deposits and 35 monthly deposits. New customers, that have been approved, will have daily limits of $1,500 and monthly limits of $4,000. Existing customers, that have been approved, will have daily limits of $3,000 and monthly limits of $10,000.

How can I check my deposit limits for Mobile Remote Deposit?

Once you have already set up the Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App, have been approved for Mobile Remote Deposit and wish to know your daily and monthly limit follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Biscayne Bank Mobile Banking App, Enter your Mobile Banking ID and Pin, and click on Login.
  2. Click on the Menu in the top left corner of the main dashboard. (The three horizontal lines located in the top left corner)
  3. Select “Deposits” from the main menu section.
  4. Select “Deposit a check”.
  5. Under the “Check Amount” field on the screen select the information icon.
